I just bought a property through your agency with Gavin Howlett, I’ve just filled out the Acton letter to return, but thought I would give you a buzz. I grew up in Dunsborough, all through school etc, it was a wonderful humble town, 20 years later I thought I would buy something a little out of town. I only know a few people in town, no one recommended any agency in town, I think they all got sick of them claiming their success on something that had nothing to do with them. All of us wish the town never changed, but that’s life! When I went looking, I sent a couple of emails on a couple of properties and the only person who replied was Gavin. Gavin was honest, honest about wanting to get a sale - let’s face it, us as consumers aren’t stupid, we don’t really want someone brown nosing us and making out we’re all mates, it’s what you guys do to make a living, you might as well be honest about wanting the sale.
