People change careers for a number of reasons, for Roger Skelton, it was his baby daughter who led to a career selling property.
“I’d spent years managing taverns and restaurants, in fact I’d moved to Busselton originally to manage a tavern, but the job takes up a lot of your time and is not ideal when you have a young family.
“I was looking at my options when a friend suggested I try real estate and I haven’t looked back! I really enjoy it - real estate gives me more time for the family but still has a strong social aspect and allows me to get out in the community and meet people.”
Roger has been selling residential and rural real estate in Busselton and the South West for over fifteen years and has built a strong reputation based on his enthusiasm, expertise and professionalism.
“He is known for being straightforward and honest and we believe that is very important, both for our clients and for our brand. You can get someone’s measure when your staff say he is a great guy and good to deal with. Roger’s commitment to customer service matches ours, he is knowledgeable and experience and we are very excited to have him on board.” said Steve Papadopoulos, Director of Acton South West.
“Busselton is still a safe place, plus the lifestyle is fantastic. There are plenty of parks and you are close to beaches where ever you are,” he said.
“In the current market price is the key. Busselton is essentially a tourist town and there are a lot of properties for sale for a range of prices. Sales are being made at all levels, from high to low, as long as the price appeals to buyers.”
