Since starting with ACTON Rockingham in 2012, David has performed exceptionally well, receiving many Office Top Salesperson awards. David also gained much success in the 2019/2020 year through his hard work, dedication and drive, and received many top awards.
At the 2020 ACTON Awards night David received the Platinum Outstanding Achievement Sales Award and the Individual Region Champion Award. At the 2020 Openn Negotiation Excellence Awards, David was a finalist for 4 awards and came away with a win for Agent of the Year - South Metro & Peel. Adding to his success in 2020, at the REIWA Awards, David was the recipient of the Top Salesperson by Auction Listings Sold award.
David received the Silver Outstanding Achievement Award for the 2018/2019 year at the 2019 ACTON Awards night. In October 2019 he received the reiwa.com award for 5th place - Top Salesperson by Auction Listings Sold. He topped this award in November 2019 and January 2020 by placing 1st in the same category.
In 2018 David was the recipient of the Silver Sales Award at the ACTON Awards Night. 2014, 2015, 2016 and 2017 he had the honour of receiving the Gold Sales Award. In 2016 he also received the ACTON Region Champion Award.
At the 2013 ACTON Awards Night, David was the well-deserving recipient of the Bronze Sales Award, and at the 2014, 2015, 2016 & 2017 ACTON Awards Nights he had the honour of receiving the Gold Sales Award. In 2016 David received the ACTON Region Champion Award and was the recipient of the Silver Sales Award at the ACTON Awards Night in 2018.
David comes from a background in casino management for an international company, a role which he held for 15 years. As a result of this role, David has highly developed customer service skills and is committed to providing service of the highest standard. David chose to change careers and pursue new challenges in Real Estate, where he can apply his skills to help people achieve their property dreams. A keen property investor himself, David understands the importance of engaging the right agency.
Over the last 20 years David has had the opportunity to travel to many amazing places, including meeting his wife on a Cruise Ship in Alaska, winning a Poker Tournament in Moscow and opening a Poker Room in Newcastle, England, to name but a few. He also had the opportunity to visit many Caribbean countries and travel the Panama Canal while working on Cruise Ships out of Florida. With a passion for travel and new experiences, David has hiked to and camped at the bottom of the Grand Canyon, Bungee Jumped in New Zealand, and swam with Tuna in South Australia.
Having grown up in Rockingham, David knows that Rockingham is one of the best places in the world to live with his wife and raise their two children. With great beaches, friendly people and an enviable climate, where else would anyone choose to live?
