Reece’s work history has spanned over 20 years in banking and finance, prior to moving onto small business ownership. Having spent 12 years in banking and finance, Reece has a strong background for financing requirements and how to structure a deal.

In 2008, Reece purchased his first Franchised business and in 2010, become a multi-site franchisee with the same brand, successfully operating two stores and employing in excess of 45 staff.

In late 2012 the decision was made to start the process of selling these businesses which then led Reece to enter the competitive world of business sales, becoming a licensee of his own successful business broking firm.

Having been involved in the sale of over 100 business over the past 7 years, Reece has developed a strong skill set for marketing, closing the sale and most importantly, the art of successful negotiation.

Along with being a Registered Business Valuer, Reece also holds a full Real Estate License within Western Australia, having completed a Diploma of Real Estate Management in early 2015.

After a successful career as a business broker, Reece’s passion for Real Estate led him to join WA’s leading Real Estate brand – ACTON, where his work ethic, attention to detail and commitment to go the extra mile for his clients can be further put to work.
