Shane Garrett prides himself on providing a highly personable service, coming from over 9 years in engineering, his attention to detail is to the highest calibre. He commenced his Real Estate career with Acton Central 7 years
ago. In his time, he has been involved with all areas of the business, Property Management, Sales and Real
Estate Trust Accounting.

He is one of three Directors at the company. Shane also holds his Triennial Real Estate Certificate making him extremely knowledgeable in all facets of Real Estate.

Shane relishes the opportunity to connect with both Sellers and Buyers and takes great pride in being able negotiate the best possible price for his clients, as well as guiding them through the journey from the listing appointment through to the sale and settlement.

I was impressed with Shane's knowledge of building practices and eye for meticulous property maintenance. This was valuable in identifying and improving areas of the property which clearly needed attention before going to market.
