With over 40 years in the real estate industry Tim Dale, Director of ACTON South West has had many positions in a variety of locations as diverse as Perth, London and now Busselton. Initially commencing as a residential property manager in Perth, Tim undertook his Associate Diploma in Valuation at the Western Australian Institute of Technology whilst employed as a Trainee Valuer at the City of Perth before joining Sullivans as a Licensed Valuer. A move to Hillier Parker as a commercial sales representative followed and after a 12 month trip to London, Tim worked as an Investment consultant for the same company for 2 years with responsibilities for property sales and purchasers throughout the United Kingdom. The call of home saw Tim return to Perth as a State Partner of Hillier Parker where he was responsible for Central City sales of office buildings, retail arcades etc.

In 1990 Tim took the opportunity of buying a share of a local real estate company in Busselton. After 15 years locally he sold his practice to LJ Hooker and undertook all commercial property management and sales on behalf of the office whilst maintaining his own Valuation practice.

Subsequently the LJ Hooker offices re-branded as ACTON. ACTON South West boasts four key locations, with offices in Busselton, Dunsborough, Margaret River and Bunbury.
