Prior to her involvement in Real Estate, Bev Heymans managed her own financial planning brokerage for more than 13 years, winning many industry related awards. She had a well-established professional client base, and a business built on a high level of trust.

However, her passion for property was ignited by her acquisition and subsequent renovation of a home annually. She decided to convert this passion into her career and this is most evident in the interest and enthusiasm she has generated in selling homes of distinction.

Bev has found that her previous occupation provided her with an excellent grounding for a career in real estate. The principles of exceptional service and market knowledge are consistent to both industries. These principles have always been integral to her success, and have resulted in an incredibly loyal client base. She understands that selling a property is a very complex process, and very often her financial background assists in understanding the intricacies of a sale.

In January 2010, Bev and her husband Grant made the decision to purchase the ACTON franchise servicing the suburbs of Cottesloe, Mosman Park, Peppermint Grove, North Fremantle and Mount Claremont. This allowed them the opportunity to service not only the sales element, but also the very dynamic property management division. In July of the same year, they went on to purchase a second ACTON operation, servicing Dalkeith, Nedlands, Claremont and Crawley. They believe this ensures they have the ability to effectively service the entire Western Suburbs area.

Seeing a gap in the market, they have also subsequently added an office in Mount Hawthorn.

As the Overall Sales Champion for ACTON 2010, 2011, 2012, 2015, 2016 and 2018, ACTON Diamond Award Winner 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017 and 2018, as well as positioned in the top rungs on the REIWA ladder annually, Bev has continued to generate top results state and nationwide.

People need to know that they are heard and understood, and that their needs are paramount. She feels that it's quite simple - give people what they ask for. Her grasp of what the local market wants is backed up by the testimonials she receives.

Bev has lived with her husband and youngest daughter in Mosman Park for more than 12 years. Her oldest daughter studied physiotherapy at Notre Dame University, and went on to practice at Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital, where she remains in a managerial capacity after completing her MBA. Her youngest is in year 9 at St Hilda’s Senior School, which she has attended since junior kindy. Her two middle children remain in South Africa. One is a local artist, and the other a junior school teacher. Both have plans to relocate to Perth.

Having a large family has allowed her to understand the challenges parents face when they decide to sell their home. She can empathise with and accommodate the needs of parents, and make every effort to minimise the disruption to the household.

Bev's goal is to have every client that she interacts with, refer her to just one other person.

Her enthusiasm, coupled with a determination to do things professionally, make her the right choice to sell your property. She prides herself on leaving no stone unturned to achieve the best result for her clients, and is well known for her work ethic and attention to detail.
