Tony Goudas is a licensed Valuer with more than 35 years experience in the Perth Commercial Property Market.
With a strong interest in property, Tony commenced his career in 1980 as a trainee with the Valuers General Office. Once qualified as a Valuer it wasn’t long before Tony was enticed to enter the real estate industry as a commercial sales consultant.

Tony was an owner and director of Ray White Commercial for 19 years when in 2009 the company was sold. Tony continued his association with the purchaser of his business for over 5 years as an associate director.

Throughout his career Tony has been actively involved in the sale and leasing of a wide range of commercial properties including retail, commercial and industrial across the metropolitan area.
Tony joined Acton Commercial as a Director of Asset Sales in August 2014 bringing the team a wealth of industry experience, a tremendous work ethic, and a commitment to achieve the very best for his clients.

Tony is regularly engaged by major banking institutions and insolvency practitioners to represent them in all facets of commercial real-estate.
