Jonathan grew up in Sydney and began his career in Real Estate at Ray White Residential in Sydney in 2001.

He made the move to Perth almost a decade ago and 4 years after forming a successful working relationship with Conray Passaris, they joined forces in 2014 to establish ACTON Commercial.

With a strong attention to detail and the ability to understand his client’s needs, Jonathan has established himself as a specialist in the areas of retail and large format retail leasing and investment sales.

Working with a range of clients, from Mum and Dad investors to state, national and multi-national companies, Jonathan implements sales and leasing strategies for clients with retail property interests.

A holder of the Triennial Certificate, he loves working under pressure and brings extensive contract experience and well established networks to every transaction.

It’s his commitment to maximizing returns while minimising risk and exposure that has seen Jonathan achieve some incredible results.
