Maintenance Request



Sometimes when you arrive home things may not be just right with your home, here are a few tips on how to rectify specific problems you may find.
If after reading the below you still require maintenance please email your property manager or contact the office directly.


HOT WATER SYSTEM
Gas: check the pilot light is on
Electric: check the fuse has not blown


BURST WATER PIPE
Turn off the mains or unit stop valve immediately.

If the burst pipe is on the road side of the water meter, please contact Water Corporation.


ELECTRICAL PROBLEMS
If there is no power at power points check the fuses to see if they are blown or if the RCD has tripped. Remove appliances and reset the switch.

If there is no lights and power and your neighboring properties are experiencing the same problem please contact Synergy on 131353.


BREAK IN/STORM DAMAGE/SEVERE DAMAGE
If you experience a break in please contact the police and receive a Police Report Number.

In the event of storm damage please call State Emergency Services on 1300 130 093 (in extreme circumstances only)
