Steph was fantastic in every way.
As an out of town investor I relied on Steph to help get my property ready for sale. Nothing was too much trouble and Steph always went over and above not only to help get my property ready for sale but in the sales process itself.
We had a few issues to navigate with the strata complex and Steph was always calm, professional and energetic.
I would certainly recommend Steph to other sellers - particularly those who might be out of town and need someone with a good eye to style, detail and with the contacts to make things happen.

I chose Belle Acton over other agents due to the comprehensive information provided to me including getting my house ready for sale, tradie contacts and offer of flat rate commission and free advertising. I was concerned they wanted to undersell my house and I insisted the asking price be increased. The final offer was $100,000 more than the asking price I had agreed to.

Fran was very knowledgeable, responsive and supportive during our entire sales process. She has a deep understanding of the current market and kept us updated with comparative sales and buyer interest. Fran took the time to thoroughly follow up with every visitor to every open and then to speak with us in detail after every open. The exhaustive written market comparison information and buyer analysis did as much as possible to take the unpredictability out of the auction outcome. Her team were responsive and supportive too. For months prior to our home being marketed, Fran offered us helpful advice on how to improve our property within a budget to maximise the sale price. She had a list of recommended trades but I would suggest sourcing other quotes for comparison. I would happily recommend Fran and her team. We had a very successful campaign and sale. Thanks Fran.
