Steph was fantastic in every way.
As an out of town investor I relied on Steph to help get my property ready for sale. Nothing was too much trouble and Steph always went over and above not only to help get my property ready for sale but in the sales process itself.
We had a few issues to navigate with the strata complex and Steph was always calm, professional and energetic.
I would certainly recommend Steph to other sellers - particularly those who might be out of town and need someone with a good eye to style, detail and with the contacts to make things happen.

My partner and I rented a beautiful two bedroom apartment in Kirribilli, leased by Belle Property, for just under 4 years. Our property manager, Fi Richardson, was always very responsive, a good communicator, and easy to deal with. We had no issues at all during our lease, and finalising our lease (due to moving OS) was easy and straightforward, including a quick release of our bond. If we weren't moving overseas we most certainly would have loved to stay in the same apartment!
