Jody comes to ACTON Cottesloe having developed an enviable reputation for sales success and service excellence in the Western Suburbs. She is energetic, enthusiastic and simply loves selling houses. “I get a real buzz out of negotiating the deal - getting to a yes on any size deal!”.

Having grown up in Dalkeith, finished school at Presbyterian Ladies College and now residing in Peppermint Grove, Jody has a great network of buyers across the Western Suburbs. Prior to selling property full time, Jody and her husband a reputable builder, spent 8 years buying, renovating and selling properties in Mosman Park and Peppermint Grove.

“As a mother of two boys, I know what it's like to prepare a home for inspections and home opens. It's hard work. I use this knowledge and understanding to work with my clients to make the process as stress free as possible.”

Jody's negotiations skills are well honed through her extensive experience in the corporate world. Before coming to property, Jody founded a Management Consulting firm in Sydney servicing the senior executives of some of Australia's largest corporations. She sold the firm 4 years later to a US NASDAQ listed company.

Jody holds Bachelor of Commerce with First Class Honours in Marketing from the University of Western Australia and a Masters of Business Administration from Harvard Business School in Boston, Massachusetts.

Jody is a Licensed Real Estate Agent.
