Prior to her involvement in Real Estate, Bev Heymans managed her own financial planning brokerage for more than 13 years, winning many industry related awards. She had a well-established professional client base, and a business built on a high level of trust.
However, her passion for property was highly evident by her annual new home acquisition and subsequent renovation. She decided to convert this passion into her career and this is most evident in the interest and enthusiasm she has generated in selling homes of distinction.
Bev has found that her previous occupation provided her with an excellent grounding for a career in real estate. The principles of exceptional service and market knowledge are consistent to both industries. These principles have always been integral to her success, and have resulted in an incredibly loyal client base.
In January 2010, Bev and her husband Grant made the decision to purchase the Cottesloe region of ACTON. This allowed them the opportunity to service not only the sales element, but also the very dynamic property management division. In July of the same year, they went on to purchase the Dalkeith region as well. This they believe ensures they have the ability to service the entire Western Suburbs area fully.

Bev lives with her husband and two daughters in Mosman Park. Her oldest daughter is a physiotherapist at Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital, whilst her youngest attends St Hildas Junior School. Having two children has allowed her to understand the challenges parents face when they decide to sell their home. She can empathize with and accommodate the needs of parents, and make every effort to minimize the disruption to the household.
